-30 today here in Montreal... i ate a lot, like twice the my usual calorie intake, it got up to 1300 calories! But its ok i guess gotta keep warm... brrrrr freeeezzziiinnng lol

I'm in chilly Ottawa. I force myself to suit up in several wooly layers, a down coat, a balaclava, double wool mittens, boots with ice grippers and I get out for a daily walk. I dream of those summer days when all you need is a pair of runners and a sun hat.
