No weight gain or loss, I consider this win after bad eating and sodium through the roof yesterday.
By the way, I have been drinking green tea because I have a cold, AMAZING ITS HAS WORKED AS A NATURAL DETOX ON THE BODY. I WILL KEEP DRINKING THE TEA!!!!
