So... I feel pretty bad today. Couldnt finish my bowl of soup at lunch. Had shaking hands in class, then I make myself tea and i'm suddenly better? Don't get it at all. Still the thought of food is nasty, so I had some pretty nasty oatmeal for dinner. After rehearsal i'm going to bed. Maybe that will help? I blame the change of weather.
251.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 101.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
