Felt horrible after chickfila last night. Tried to go to sleep early. Woke up still feeling bad. A midterm, a voice lesson, choir rehearsal, and studying to go.
250.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 100.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Chickfila is one of my weaknesses but I would always feel horrible after eating there...mostly because I ate too much. I have finally trained myself to only eat the chicken salad sandwich & an un-sweet tea although I may steal a fry to 2 from my kids when they're not looking ;)
