I made it to the gym late today, around 4pm. But the important thing is that I made it. I also broke through the cardio barrier. I did 12 minutes and change on the elliptical, got my heartrate to 180bpm. Then walked around the track for a few minutes to cool down, then the weight room and worked legs. Don't skip legs, bro.
Then I left the gym, but when I got in front of the house, I turned around and drove out to the west side of the valley, then came back to the gym.
I finished my workout with two more elliptical sessions: 13 minutes and change, 17 minutes and change. I pushed myself.
Before the gym, I prepped food for the next two days at work.
