Restarting my diet after nine months recovering from neck surgery. Looking forward to losing more weight and finally getting to my goal weight. More importantly looking forward to getting back on track with my exercise program (gym and swimming). Hope 2019 brings weight loss success, healthy habits and good health.
196.2 lb Lost so far: 43.8 lb.    Still to go: 46.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
