LOWEST weight in 2018 was 212 and the gain to 217 has been in the last month. time to get back on track and lose another 15 lbs this year!! i am aiming to get into onederland this year!!

Keto under 10 grams carbs per day, IF from 2 to on meal a day OMAD OR 2MAD
217.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
