The stomach gets used to eat with a calorie deficit, I have been with a bloated stomach all week, I am feeling fat right now 😐

I am not going to have new year's week, my husband is having only Tuesday off 🙏, so I am going back to normal tomorrow.

Yep, 'tis the season that's for sure. Good to be honest though rather than head in sand 👍👍

Oh my goodness I am so there! I’m actually having insomnia right now because my cravings are going crazy! I will not be celebrating tonight with anything involving calories... getting through this night is gonna be tough enough! We gotta do this!

ha, didn't track for my week. back to basics (doing a 5 day water fast)

I didn't even bother counting Christmas Eve and Christmas. I have a "meal" set up for 50 random calories (I'm a calorie counter, so I don't care about the rest) using Chicken breast. I just hit that until both days were at 4000 calories. Honestly, it was probably more with the huge cut of prime rib, baked potato as big as my head with about as much butter, homemade creme brulee, homemade pumpkin cheesecake, homemade tiramisu, and all the candy and alcohol laying about, but I figure that at least tells me I didn't follow my diet those two days :) Happy New Year everyone! Time to get back on the horse I suppose.
