Boy, what a mistake I made yesterday. I see calories don't necessarily count. I bought fake crab but I was the only one to eat it. Since I didn't want it to go to waste, was hungry for dinner (2nd meal) and figured it was fish, I ate it all. Then I didn't feel so good. Had heard it isn't really very good for you but didn't know it does not have any fat: it's carbs and protein. I won't make that mistake again! Stay away! This was the first time in years I was tempted to go bulimic, but didn't since that is a very bad thing to get into. I suffered for my stupidity in not checking into it before buying it, and especially eating very much. Can't believe it was really that much carbs, since my calories were still low: 906 but am up a lb. Been fasting since 6pm last night. Today I will fast till I get dizzy (yes I do that). Jason Fung, MD. is the one that talks so much on YouTube about fasting. He is a kidney doctor, and mainly his patients are heavy diabetics. He says that Intermittant Fasting does not deteriorate your muscles but helps your body. He fasts 3 days a week but for longer than I do. Except when I go out, I want to have an eating window now of about 8 hours and eventually about 6 hours to get rid of inflammation, etc. Watch his and Dr. Berg's videos. I am learning and want to do better with I.F. And Keto.

Yeah sometimes we have to double take and read labels. Your gain is just water. Drink lots and it will flush out
