one whole week i dint logged on my diet calendar. that was my last week at work and i promised my friends that im gonna have lunch with them throughout the week without thinking about calories and stuff. but they told me after this week i should start again on my strict diet and tough workout atleast a week before i go to Philippines..

and yesterday was the last day for bad carbs and high calorie meals. we have a farewell beach party for me later this afternoon but im not planning to eat anything not healthy anymore.. i loss appetite already and really feels like i dont wanna eat anything for the next few weeks :)) but naah, gonna go for healthy diet again, so gudluck with that :)
