Woke at 231.4, up 1.8 after eating 500 calories over my calorie burn yesterday. UPDATE: Lasix, coffee, and green tea got me to 228.0 before dinner. The Resting Metabolic Rate has been in the high 50s, so eating more seems to be keeping that high.
