Good morning!

I was way low on calories yesterday. Not a problem, I wasn't hungry at any point. I've been eating well, and enjoyed it. Still NO sugar cravings.
Again, it seems to show that it's all about motivation and drive.

The weekend was great. Friday I rocked out with the Black Peanut, Saturday I had my brother and his family visiting, and we bought bikes!

Sunday, we were supposed to rock out with Burnin' Live, but I have pulled a muscle around my ribs, and I need to rest a little.

It was so dumb. I tried to reach a frickin' remote control that fell on the floor and I was too lazy to get out of the chair. LOL. Talk about injury after epic battle! :)

Anyways, today will be a great day. I'm teaching again tonight, and I can't wait to see what results they have.

I still haven't figured out what topic to bring to the table.

The last weeks I've gone through the Tapping, the different carbs and the importance of water.

What's next? Any suggestions? I'd love to hear from you guys.

Today I am thankful for:
- Good friendships!
- A nice outlook for the week.
- Morning Coffee!

Life is good!

what i really struggled with in the begining was knowing actual portions.. like what is 1 cup, a serving of meat... a table spoon. Its very important and eye opening! My 2 cents :) Hope you feel better soon, and yay bikes!

Not a bad idea to bring up, Sarah. It seems so obvious, but you're right - it's not THAT easy.

Yep measuring out food with a scale or measuring cups and spoons is always a surprise to people. Looking at the recommended serving is lower than we eat. It's an eye opener! Glad your sugar cravings have gone. YAY!
