Hi, I missed you all. Well it seems my errors didn't destroy my work, thank the Lord. I'm back on track and looking forward to spending Christmas as a person under 210lbs. Have a healthy day.
211.2 lb Lost so far: 18.8 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
