Wow, Dad's death and being with him for a month really got me off track. But that was two months ago, can't seem to get my head back in the game. My friend Sheila and I made a goal for the month of December. Here are my goals for December:
Track 5 days a week Drink 75 oz or more of water 6 days a week Be active for 30 or more minutes 3 days a week Hit 10,000 steps 2 days a week
