Wow, Dad's death and being with him for a month really got me off track. But that was two months ago, can't seem to get my head back in the game. My friend Sheila and I made a goal for the month of December. Here are my goals for December:

Track 5 days a week
Drink 75 oz or more of water 6 days a week
Be active for 30 or more minutes 3 days a week
Hit 10,000 steps 2 days a week

Wish me luck!
153.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Weight Watchers   gaining 0.3 lb a week
