My mom always said that idle hands were the work of the devil. I guess she was right. I was busy for 4 days straight making memory pillows out of Dad's shirts and that kept my hands busy and guess what? I lost 3 lbs this week. Guess busy hands can't shove food in your mouth. LOL. Anyway, considering the time of year, I say Yay me!
