I’m gonna guess two spoons of cool whip 😎. Good thing I have willpower because I saw this and immediately remembered that I have a pumpkin pie in the fridge. Have an apple and a pecan too! 😁🙀 The fam rarely gets enough desert at the last family thing so this year I just got them small pies and they can eat as much as they like!

Sugar free pumpkin pie and sugar free whip! Low calorie, lots of flavor. I am wild about pie (duh) but this was my lower calorie option 😋

I had (the operative word there is 'had') two slices of real, full fat, sugar sweetened cheesecake in my freezer. I gave into the urge Friday night and ate one. The other slice is tightly wrapped, still in the freezer, waiting for Christmas. I stayed under goal for Thanksgiving Day but blew it on Ssturday. Oh well, I gave myself permission to do it, and I did. Back on the wagon 'til Christmas !

Bluefront, When I was in my early 20s I was a waitress at a upscale café that posted some 20 different kinds of cheesecake. I would have one slice a day. New York style. I was thin as thin could be back then, even at that 700 cal treat every day on top of other food. I couldn’t do that now, I developed such an intense food addiction. One piece is such a show of strength and self control. You’re my idol
