Good morning 😃 I’m up and at em. Groceries for doing soup with leftovers, odds and ends. Middle son coming home today for first time in new house. Got great food choices for us all. Lots of carrots, cauliflower, spinach. Hubby is making a cauliflower rice soup with yesterday’s turkey. I had thanksgiving dinner and realized I eat 2 plates : first for hunger, 2nd for taste. It was so relaxing, I knew I had a calorie surplus and I had a ton of fun spending it. Things I never eat, I had helpings of. And when everything was said and done, I had eaten about 2500 calories for the entire day. I read somewhere that the average American eat 3500-4500 calories at a thanksgiving meal. This doesn’t count drinks, pie, desserts, appetizers etc. so, I’ll be working on the holiday weight I gained, but I’m still in good standing. I truly hope everyone has a great day, happy Black Friday 💝
