Just as I guessed it, travelling to CT on business this week really did play a toll on my diet. Dinners with colleagues and oily deep fried seafood (I love seafood!), have rendered my face looking like Mount Versuvius!
I have been good though, and that I am proud of, in that I have been to gym at least 3 times this week...and I do pray I sustain that energy while on holiday next week. Can't wait to hit the sun, sand and surf...sans bad food please mummy!
