Could’ve lost more this week but my cravings got the better of me. Cheated twice this week. Will workout harder and make my diet more strict so I can recover the losses. 25 days till my engagement.
197.1 lb Lost so far: 10.1 lb.    Still to go: 31.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
