41.3% Well, at least my graph is moving in the right direction again! And with my bfp down, one can assume that I may have gained muscle weight or at least water weight. I exercised a bunch yesterday and was very careful not to eat too much. (in fact, I ultimately ate too little, and couldn't sleep because of it, but now that I am back on track, I hope not to do that again, and am overall happy for the small loss).

Reminders for myself:

Don't eat just to clean my plate, to show my sister-in-law how much I like her cheesy rice, or to feel totally full. Stop when no longer hungry.

Less processed food. More protein. More attention to my body's needs.

Tiny but intense snacks of a few almonds, a square of chocolate, a piece of cheese can satisfy hunger. So can tea.

Continue to exercise lots. Much of which is preferably outdoors in the fresh air and sun, since this is good for me in other ways. But also dancing and strength training and ab workouts indoors.


I got up ridiculously early this morning for a work-related fundraising event. Worth it for the cause, but sooo early. Anyway, it was a walk, so I got 3.1 miles in already today.
191.2 lb Lost so far: 15.8 lb.    Still to go: 61.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

yeah, I definitely agree! I tend to forget and just want to eat something ready made, but when I take it slow, I am happier, and the weight loss speeds up!

Isn't it nice when our graph moves in the right direction? I like your rules too! They look like something I could easily live by. Keep up the great work!
