Hi my FS friends

WOW what a journey....yesterday I was having fried dumplings for breakfast (which by the way are amazing balls of meat in a boiling meat broth soup trapped in a waffer thin toasted dumpling skin which erupts when eaten...what a joy) and today I am back in the UK and eating porridge!!!

And then I weigh in and I've lost weight down to 163lbs after two weeks of eating all sorts of amazing and unhealthy things.

I thank you for all the fantastic comments and support while I have been away and now it is time to finish the job and get to my gaol.

Your love and you being there for me means so much ❤️🐝x

Excellent! So either you were getting more exercise than usual, or the food you were eating was healthier/lower calorie than you thought. Either way, lucky :)
