I've had a pretty naughty weekend due to entertaining, but have budgeted for the mishaps I incurred for the rest of the week. Means I will have to cut down on some luxuries this week to ensure that I stay within my weekly calorie goals.
My weight goal is to be at least 77kg's by the end of September...that is, to lose 2kg's in 2 weeks, and make sure I attend gym at least 3 times each week.
