I reached a very teeny goal of mine today at lunch, I went to Boston Market and got half a chicken sandwich and I looked at all the mac and cheese, and mashed potatoes, and I actually wanted green beans! And they were really yummy. So, I didn't just get the green beans cause it's healthy, I actually wanted them over all other options! I know I'll never crave salad, but green beans is close enough for me! I was very proud of myself and it was all very filling too, I didn't even finish. So, I guess that's my cool thing for the day. I didn'e cave when I saw the mac n' cheese. In other news I did pilates AND weights last night and am not sore at all today. I hardly ever have sore leg muscles but I've never had upper body strength so my arms are usually sore. I keep adding reps and I'm up to 100 now on some. I sure get tired from it, but I am not really feeling it today. Shouldn't I be sore? Is this normal? I don't want to add much more weight because I don't want to build bulk muscle-I want lean muscle. I am motivated as hell to spend a few hours in the gym today. I want to break 150 so freaking bad, I think this is the longest I've stayed the same since I started this. 153 is good, and officially a healthy weight for me, but 149 is better. 150 also happens to be where I quit a few years ago when I tried this. I will not quit, no I won't!
