43% I gained another .2 lbs, but I'm going to look on the bright side and report that I am maintaining fat level but gained .2 lbs in muscle. Which is a very reasonable explanation onsidering how sore my muscles are this morning from strength training yesterday.

I did well at breakfast and lunch yesterday but not as well at dinner which was delayed because I was with my family, and my mom was home late from work but didn't tell us, so we kept thinking we should wait and were worried, and by 830 or so when it was finally time to eat I was starving and couldn't tell you how many calories I ate- maybe just enough to keep me from this morning's loss? In a sense I suppose it was a success, in that in the past I would have eaten MORE.

Thanks, everyone, for your help on the picture problem. I'll try to figure it out later today. I am going for a nice refreshing walk among the tweeting birds now. :)
190.8 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 60.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Have a nice walk! Sorry you didn't get a better number on the scale, but it will come. Building muscle is very important to sustaining weight loss, you were smart to do some weight training! Have a great day!

Have a great walk. My dinner last night didn't go as planned either. Sometimes it is hard when you structure your meals around others.
