Did 30 minutes of cardio at home instead (because it was snowing). I HAVE to get over my fear of looking like a moron on the treadmill at the Y and at least TRY it. I haven't been on a treadmill for 20 years.

don't worry about it people are only worried about themselves looking like dorks on the treadmill, soon you will be dancing like those guys on the videos LOL

Wow! That's amazing!!!! It's 15 degrees today, so I'm doing cardio inside again, but it'll be back in the 30's tomorrow 🏃‍♀️👍

I’m in Queens New York and it’s been around 45 at 5a when I run. Absolutely perfect running weather!!!
