So I couldn't keep myself out of the gym today. Hit legs hard and still feeling it. I stayed under 2000 calories today, but ate almost 1000 at dinner damn Buffalo Wild Wings. I am a sucker for wings!

On a brighter side I have achieved a goal of 700lbs ten times for my last set on the leg sled and way ahead of schedule. Guess I will have to set a new goal of 1000lbs by July instead of 700.

Hope everyone has a great day tomorrow. I have an interview for a personal training position so keep your fingers crossed!

700 pounds on the leg sled!! I am impressed and that is a good job done by you and keep up the good work. I have to renew my gym membership and I will never be able to do what you are doing but I do enjoy lifting. I was out shopping last night and stopped at Dairy Queen and had a fat bomb an ice creme cone and it was not all that good and it was 470 calories!! Need to have some safety food with me at all times and should have had an orange or something. Well today is another day to lose more weight.
