Well, this will be a rant so hold on. I joined a 16 week get fit challenge called FitSmart It is run by a MMA gym. A full nutrition program and classes are supplied. A required 3 workouts a week and a monthly weigh in and measurements done. The workouts include yoga, boxing training, zumba and assorted other classes. I'm not nuts over the distance from my home(24miles) but maybe it will force me to go. If you fail to meet the challenge you are cut from the program and you lose your money. Lose weigh vs lose money I like the incentive. I will continue here at FS and at my regular gym. Let's see what happens. My husband nearly freaked when I hit him with my gloves... They're Real he said and I laughed my butt off. Have a healthy day.
215.4 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 30.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
