I chose to eat off of my plan this weekend to see how it would effect me. I liked what I ate but not the amount I ate. I will occasionally have some of the things I use to eat but not to the extent that I did this weekend. It will be in a more controlled manner. I find I sleep better when I eat better. I also got water retention which I haven't experienced in a while. I also gained 2 lbs. I kind of expected it. When I choose to eat off plan I will make more nutritious choices. I chose poorly this week but It was by choice.
