Weighed this morning and was at a lower weight, so getting on track again tomorrow. Just can't do it today.
New goal: 1 pound a week. Measured weekly. The thinking about long term is getting me down.
My house on the other hand is transforming. Down to planning on how to paint the rooms now! Moocher guest is going to be doing some of that or else out! Furniture down to a few pieces extra that I have to figure out what I am going to do with. I think I have a plan but we will see.
Fridge is full of food again. Gotta plan ahead and stick to 1000 calories a day unless I am working out.

I would up your calories to 1200. You may take off weight more easily. Just a suggestion. When I go too low, my weight loss stalls.
