Despite an F45 Athletica session, weight held steady. No doubt because of all the crap i ate today...
176.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

althetica is a tonne of fun 💪. look at the other side of the coin hahahah. i ate a tonne of crap and didn't gain because I did a F45 class🎉

I didn’t mind it. I think T10 is my favourite so far - the benefits of Hollywood without the distraction of trying to remember technique for all the exercises (the on screen animations don’t always show it well).
