Received my pb2 powder yesterday, 36 of my bars today and my cinnamon twist powder today. I’m having a shake now and can honestly say I’m disappointed. Same watery taste as all the others with a hint of chalky powder. Added ice hoping making it colder would help but it doesn’t. Says you can mix with anything. I’d think milk would be the best option but being lactose intolerant even 8oz of milk will have me hurting. I’ll pick up some almond milk tomorrow and try that. Maybe it would be good in pancakes. The kids really liked the low carb oatmeal flour banana pancakes I made. I bet cinnamon powder in those would be good. It said you could add unflavored powder but I don’t buy unflavored. Just imagine how chalky that would taste in water! If the pancakes and almond milk suck then I’ll pass it to hubby. He will drink any of it as long as I make it lol. He is now on a pill kick. Several bottles of different pills like creatine and others I can’t remember. Honestly wondering if all that works. I haven’t noticed a difference in him in the last couple of weeks since he got it in.

I hope the almond milk helps. I use my powder with almond milk more times than not. I have also added a few Hershey's Kisses. Maybe a bit of your Snicker's will do the trick? :)

Lol I already had a snickers today! However I do have low calorie Hershey syrup somewhere. Thanks for the idea! If I can’t choke this down I’ll go add some. I’m not sure how well cinnamon and chocolate will go together, but it can’t make it any worse!

JFYI, chugging the cinnamon twist shake and chasing it with kiwi strawberry propel isn’t very good either lol. I have an excellent gag reflex and it’s getting a good workout tonight haha.

I am starting to really like oat milk. bought some by accident thinking it was almond milk. now I have to options lol

I bought mine from Amazon 😉. I haven’t tried it yet but it had good reviews. I was thinking to add it to ice cream. Being lactose intolerant I can’t have much but if I make a shake and use just a serving it shouldn’t be too bad. I was thinking a banana shake with the pb2. Of course I was going to add cookies and cream powder or this cinnamon powder as well.

Just an update. I haven’t made it to the store so haven’t tried with almond milk yet. However, I put the protein powder in my hot coffee this morning. 12g (serving is 32g/120kcal/25gProtein) so about 9-10g of protein and 45 kcal. It’s good! Not excellent but it gives my coffee a bit of cinnamony sweet flavor. It’s not as good as the coffee cools. I love hot drinks so I think this will really work for me. 3 cups a day and I’ll have my serving and 25g of extra protein a day! Some days I’ll have to watch the meat and protein bars but I find it easier to cut out protein than add it in on a deficit. Plus I love sweet in the mornings ;).

I just added chocolate pre-made protein shake to my coffee. I was lazy to mix the powder. Fast easy and tasty. 😊 I hope you keep finding ways to enjoy your protein.
