Post fast weight yesterday was 182.4. I was stuck at 183, so I pushed through. For some reason, yesterday I could log my weight but the post didn't come up.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
