I did start creatine a while ago. This pic was def after some heavy dumbbell presses. I don't go too high in the reps. 5-12 mostly. Still doing weight and reps to add muscle in case I fall into maintenance or surplus calories. Since I'm at 4k without all the running it's very likely that I am, haha. Not complaining though as I continue to look ever slightly more lean.
