Been on an ice-cream and crap eating bender for last 2 weeks and I feel great. Back to sensible eating from today.
204.8 lb Lost so far: 134.9 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2144 kcal Fat: 133.96g | Prot: 158.71g | Carb: 66.10g.   Breakfast: Almonds. Lunch: Woolworths Essentials Corn Kernels, Minced Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat), Crankt Banana Protein Shake. Dinner: Beef, Minced Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat). Snacks/Other: Almonds, Benifex Fish Oil (1000 mg). more...

lucky you. I had a weekend and blew out a kilo. but wasn't sorry. have a great time working it off

I should be able to work it off pretty quickly, which is the theory. Will weigh myself tomorrow and post a pic as a base reference.

Start to lose weight then doctor put me on other tabs and gained it very frustrating when you can’t go to do any form of exercise due to a work accident and I was a very active person oh well keep plodding on

All going good and thanks guys for the support. Sue keep up the motivation, sometimes you just need to plod along rather than stopping.

Hi Xeyder hope you have been successful in uploading weight. There is a weight sign at bottom of App screen. Also you can use FS on a PC or Laptop.

Hi eightpac. I remember when you started in 2016 and you said you used to eat icecream for breakfast. I love your honesty. I find the ribs and meat are good for me but the sugar is crap. Keep at it. 😊
