A week without weight loss; so close to my goal! I have been working out 6 days a week. I could do better with my food, I know. Too many dishes I've made have too much cheese & my um, plumbing is a bit clogged, not to mention high sodium content. Then there are the Skinny Cow ice cream treats we've been enjoying ... I've kept within my RDI, but now that I weigh-in less I burn less.
I'm still reshaping my body; clothes are fitting better, my waist is at least 6 inches smaller than it was in December. My muscles in my legs & arms show more; loose skin is firming up more than I thought possible.
All in all, life is good! A number on a scale is just that; my new shape speaks for itself.
