40 minutes HIIT on the eliptical. Farmer Walk, 3/4 way around track, 35lbs each hand, 45 lbs each hand. Light abdominal training. Then walking, canvassing for a local candidate. I ate a LOT of fat today. I haven't felt hungry all day. I think I need more calories, because all of a sudden I'm exhausted and have a headache.
