I finally found the time to exercise...I did well for restarting from 25 years ago :)
Today is my cheat day as I like to call it... this time I won't go crazy lol I get sugar cravings mostly as I'm getting in bed to go to sleep which I anyways end up screwing myself good. I really need to learn to control myself...

is there nothing you enjoy that you don't have on this diet besides sugar// so much better to enjoy something of more value and less risk than just plain sugar products

I have protein with when I do and only on the weekends during my reg eating days. 🤪 I'm starting from scratch after at 20 years of no exercise and no control over what if any food in the house. I think I'm may go a bit hog wild right now and am learning to control my life. TY... 🤗

👻👻👻 It doesn't help with my husband bringing sweets in the house and of course I have my son and his friends that we have food in the house for them as well. My Hubby isn't very supportive. I have a gym membership but I'm not allowed to go with out him. I had him get a membership too.

But he isn't ready everytime I ask. I don't do bad considering...

I buy lots of sweets 🍫, 🍪, 🍨 , chips, etc. For my kids and husband but I don’t eat them with out control cause I have goals.

It all comes down to if you really really want to lose weight. You will make better choices
