I'm not going to do a "cheat day" for at least several more weeks. It will take me out of ketosis & I don't want to stop the awesome momentum my body has going. I used to walk 2 miles/day but stopped when we moved in July and haven't gotten my routine established in new neighborhood. Restarting walking TODAY!

good idea, if you are missing things there are alternative recipes for most of those items which are keto friendly. everything from ice cream to pizza. while it is not a great idea to have a ton of deserts it is nice to have an option for a keto treat.
