Had my high strength flu shot yesterday There is already lots of colds popping up.. Also wash your hands using soap often, those hand sanitizers are ify per the research.

Great advice, WFN!! I was thinking of making some leek soup as it gets colder. Bought some cabbage and spinach and mushrooms yesterday to cook, too. I am still wanting pumpkin spice muffins. Have to find a good keto recipe for those.

I routinely wash my hands when I get home. I think its wise when you consider all the surfaces you've touched that god knows what has touched before......

Rinaldo, definitely wash hands with soap and water. Research has proven the sanitizer is much less effective than plain old soap and water.

Thanks for the reminder about getting ready for cold and flu season.

Yeah the hand sanitizes aren't good. They remain on your hands, get into your system, and kill off your stomach bacteria.
