Seems like I better get my "happiness" to the pool. Haha! Happy times, happy times. Aloha.
477.1 lb Lost so far: 41.9 lb.    Still to go: 17.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I swim 5 days a week for two hours. The water at my gym is just a neutral warm temp, clear, clean and awesome. I don’t do it for weight loss but for total mental peace, but even at a slow pace I alledgedly use more than 400 calories.
