I am slowly gaining weight back, despite the strenuous workouts at the gym!
I'm eating way too much soups, but I love eating a warm soup when is a bit chilly outside and in these days I'm crazy about the butternut squash soup. It's in season and it is sold everywhere...even at McDonalds!
139.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.5 lb a week

Don't fret too much; with all those workouts, there's a good chance that weight gain isn't fat, but muscle! Wow, McDonald's sells soup, too? I didn't know that either! You're doing great, Pizza, wether the scale claims you are or not. It doesn't know the whole story. ;)
