I've been eating horribly this week, simple carbs, pizza...it's awful. and I only worked out twice. I've been really stressed about moving, and it's my TOM...

Okay, no more excuses, I need to focus, and get my butt into the gym.
215.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 3.0 lb a week

You've been under a lot of stress lately and it is hard to stick with an eating and exercise program on the best of days so don't get down on yourself. You've done so well already! Just look at your track record! Refocus and regroup. Plan ahead so the easy food is not all bad food. You can do it!

I hear ya... a got my excuse book right here too... just doesn't seem to help, does it? =S Shake it off!!! You are doing this for YOU, because you deserve to be healthy!! Tell yourself that at each bite! YOU can DO IT!! Planning is key! Set up good snacks for yourself for a couple of days ahead of time and have them with you so that making a good choice is not so hard to do. :) Go get 'em GIRL!!
