So we are still living in two houses, but, we got a new mattress set on Saturday and last night was our first night sleeping in it! It was so heavenly, I didn't want to get up for work this morning! We've been married nearly 3 years, and finally upgraded to a queen size! Imagine, a 6'4 guy and his 5'11 wife squeezed into a full sized bed! Hilarious!

This weekend was actually pretty good as far as eating goes. My mom had a big dinner yesterday, so I filled my plate with salad and green beans, hummus and pita bread...and then I had to have a little spaghetti, because my little sister made it, and she would have been hurt if I skipped it. At least it was made with ground turkey! For breakfast yesterday, I had two slices of french toast, but made them with 1% milk instead of cream, and had fresh fruit instead of syrup. Yummy!

This is a fresh week, and I am determined not to let stress get the best of me! I'm going to get back into my habit of going to the gym after work, and I WILL post a loss when Saturday comes! I'm so looking forward to the Around the World challenge - It's just what I need to focus!

Have a great day everyone!

It's amazing how much we benefit from a new mattress! And it sounds like you must really be enjoying the extra elbow room. Although, there is something to be said for the cozy factor, too! It sounds like you have your eating and your stress under control. The two seem to go hand in hand. Awesome job sticking with it and recommitting to the gym. I'll be seeing you on the starting line for the challenge! Happy St. Patrick's Day!

I'm glad you're doing the challenge too, I think it's just what we both need at this busy time in our lives. Yay about the mattress! That dinner doesn't sound bad at all, even with the spaghetti. Let me know if you went to the gym and I'll let you know if I got my workouts in today!

Ah... a good nights sleep is priceless! I'm afraid that we will be due for a new bed soon, too. =S Hate thinking about another added expense! Good job on amending what could be a killer breakfast into one that is still good and good for you!! Keep up the good work!

Sounds like you have been one busy gal! It's difficult when you are moving and everything is in "out of place" from what you had prior. You and I both had a gain this week, so its time to get focused and get it off right away! I don't want those extra pounds to get too comfortable where they are, they are not welcome here and need to move on! RIGHT!!! See ya at the new challenge gal, I know you'll rock it!
