I have lost 10.2 lbs in 2 weeks and 3 days. I am wondering if I should move on to the next stage or stay on this. The only time it is hard is if I am out and about. I find I don't have time to eat and get wicked hungry. I have had a tiny cheat here and there. 2 grapes one day, I drank a small amount of a veggie/fruit drink that only had 1 carb for the whole bottle. Really the worst thing I have done is NOT eat enough.
I will go to Monday and see then, but I may go to next stage.

Your post motivated me this morning!! 10 pounds in two weeks is awesome! I just started induction 2 days ago. I have lost one pound. I am excited now for the next month!!!

Great work!! I started in July 12,and have lost about 23 lbs. Try moving on one rung at a time,don't try adding to many new things all at once.
