I ate very clean yesterday: protein shake and almonds for breakfast, broiled chicken salad for lunch a little beef jerky for a mid-afternoon snack and a late dinner of chicken breast, vegetables and salsa. I didn't lift, but I walked about 3 miles yesterday. After work I kept busy building a shelf for the DVD/BluRay player and cleaning the living room. No booze. Lots of H2O. Some iced tea with saccharine.
