Well, that was not a good diet week...but, I guess when you let go bad things tend to happen...back on the wagon.

I'm sure when I weigh in tomorrow, there will be a gain...but I hope it isn't too bad...I'm sure there are consequences for my actions.

I'll have to set new goals on my profile page, since I'm no where near reaching my original deadlines for weight loss.

Realizing that you need new goals is a great discovery, MadJak. You know what to do to get there, but it's not always easy. Reboot, back on track. I'm right there with you. :)

You have had some life changes to deal with pal (job) so dont fret. What the hell does fret mean anyway. Yes, I am about 5 lbs behind my goals too. I am leaving them alone for now, but like you I may punt out of my Dec 2012 goal of 180. Like Keld said though, realizing that is a big thing.
