Did the figs work out OK?

Hi TomLong! Well I don’t know yet because I only ate 1 the first day, I did eat 2 yesterday but haven’t worked out yet. My kids woke me WAY too early Sunday so I didn’t get enough sleep (less than 5 hours both Saturday & Sunday night) to do my deadlifts. I will log my impressions after good sleep & a good workout! So far no problems though.
