I increase my caloric intake on the week of August 27, n until now my weight stabilized back to under 120 lbs 😏🙌🏼
So that means I patiently waited for 4 WEEKS 😮 #fourweeks
118.0 lb Lost so far: 82.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
