Yeah - bouncing around a little here. Waist was 35.5 last night. Should be checking in the AM, but I forget.
My clothes are fitting much better and I feel like my legs cross closer. So I think I am still on the right track. Have kept the Kcals around or under 1300. But with my activity I should be continuing to lose.

I remember from nursing school that it takes burning 10K kcals to lose one pound. If that holds true - I think I have this made easy.

Now for the next 3 weeks until my sisters come and we can compare in person! I really want to win.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
