Happy 49th birthday to me. Slept in an extra hour and adjusted workout from 40 minutes to 29. (It was worth it.) I am not where I thought I would be, but since May, i have been consistently working out. Focus today will be portion size and 1800 calories. Sounds crazy, but these are 2 out of 3 struggles. 3 is no snacking after supper and/or mindlessly eating. They really go together.
NSV - this morning I actually stopped eating before I finished breakfast. I put plastic wrap over it and stashed it in the refrigerator. Seriously - this was awesome (and surprising).
Today's lesson - When you make God about you. (Free From Me) Refocus on God. God focuses on Himself. Exodus 4:12 The one true God requires us to repent. Loving God is our greatest treasure.
